Order Help: UK, Canada and Rest of World (excluding US)

Book orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£) and despatched from the UK.

Payment for orders may be made by MASTERCARD, VISA or MAESTRO.
We use a secure server for credit card orders, so your credit card details are encrypted during transfer.

Books are added to your basket without delivery charges. On completion of your order, select location zone and click 'Add Delivery' button, you can then select standard or express delivery. If you add/delete items after adding delivery, please click 'Recalculate'. Once an order has been placed you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. A further email will be sent once the order has been despatched.

UK delivery charges

Standard Delivery (within 5 working days)

Orders of £28 or less: £2.00 per order

Orders of £29 or more: £3.50 per order

Priority delivery: £7.00

Orders received by 11.00 am will be despatched the same day using a priority service.

Europe and Rest of the World delivery charges

Europe: approximately 15% of the value of the order.

Canada and the Rest of the World: approximately 20% of the value of the order.

Delivery times may vary between countries: up to 14 days Europe; 21 days ROW.

Canadian customs

I would like to draw to your attention to the fact that the Canadian authorities are becoming more vigilant in their collection of tax. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) can examine any item that comes into Canada by mail. We understand that you may have to pay duty, the goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST) on items mailed to you. As you will see from the website, payment of any taxes and duties is responsibility of the consignee.

Journal of Architectural Conservation

All orders for the Journal of Architectural Conservation will be charged in Pound Sterling (£) and despatched from the UK. Orders for the Journal must be placed separately from book orders. Journal of Architectural Conservation orders
